NCHR with great honor, appreciates members of the Consultative Forum and other partners for the willingness, ability and dedication to organizing joint activities for the promotion and protection of human rights.

NCHR reiterates its openness to collaborate with members of the Consultative Forum and other partners in organizing joint activities with interest of promoting and protecting human rights in Rwanda.

The Consultative Forum of NCHR and CSOs is a key mechanism for dialogue, reflection and partnership between NCHR and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) working in the field of human rights. The Forum has been established in 2008 and has become a national network of 40 organizations.

The network is, and will continue to be a key mechanism and platform for the Commission and CSOs to contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights in Rwanda, including partnership in monitoring the implementation of recommendations and concluding observations from International Conventions and Treaties ratified by Rwanda.
