Bailiffs and Legal Professionals trained on fair judgement execution and the right to redress

The Commission in partnership with Rwanda Bridge to Justice organized a training which brought together around 200 professional Bailiffs, Legal professionals and in charge of human rights in prisons from different institutions, on the right to fair judgement execution and the right to redress in general, the laws regulating those rights and their responsibilities to execute judgements decisions in due time and accordingly.

 

They were also trained on fundamental principles of human rights, citizen rights in line with right to judgements execution and the right to be redressed and on their responsibilities to promote and protect those proper rights and the right to redress in general, the laws regulating those rights and their responsibilities to execute judgements decisions in due time and accordingly.

 

The training sharpened Bailiffs and Legal Professionals to understand and improve their performance in compliance with Human Rights Principles respect, and enabled them to more contribute to the promotion of these principles and fair judgment execution.
